GiGi‘s Post-Operative treatment is a gentle form of different techniques. The lymphatic massage increases blood flow and promotes recovery by targeting the lymphatic system. After surgery fluids can harden, which is often painful and it gives the area a lumpy and uneven appearance. Our treatment prevents, treats, and reduces the hardening of fluids. GiGi‘s customizes all post-op treatments to each individual client.

How it works
PREPARATION
Clients should ensure they are adequately hydrated, wear comfortable clothing, and communicate any specific concerns or areas of focus with the massage therapist.
PROCESS
Arrive a few minutes early for paperwork and consultation, communicate any changes in health, undress to your comfort level before the therapist enters, and follow instructions for positioning on the massage table.
TREATMENT
During the prodedure, provide feedback to the therapist, focus on relaxation through deep breathing, take your time getting up and dressing afterward, and follow any post-massage recommendations provided by the therapist, such as stretches or self-care practices.
